Your sign may show offline because another wi-fi’s around you may have automatically connected and kicked you out from your dedicated laptop’s LED sign’s wi-fi. It is important to make sure you connect back to the dedicated LED Sign’s wifi.

The best way to have someone service your sign is to create a tech ticket. It allows you to upload images so our technicians can better diagnose the issue. Once our technicians diagnose the issue we will set up a time and date to go out on a service call.
